Sustainable procurement

Net Balance applies the world’s first standard for sustainable procurement, BS 8903: Principles and Framework for Procuring Sustainability, to assist you in minimising risks and maximising positive social and environmental impact in your company’s purchasing behaviour.

Our experience

Over the last 3 years our ever-expanding team has delivered sustainable supply chain services to some of Australia’s leading companies, including Officeworks, Bunnings, Woolworths, Fortescue Metals Group, Goodman Fielder, AGL, Commonwealth Bank, Tenix and Sydney Water. We have also completed projects for Ethical Clothing Australia, the Textile and Fashion Industry Association, City of Wyndham, Monash University, City of Sydney, SA Power Networks, and the Australian Food and Grocery Industry. We are a provider on the NSW Office of Environment and Heritage’s Sustainable Advantage program for sustainable procurement services. In addition, ECO-Buy supports the sustainable procurement objectives of 70+ local government, state government, and businesses through its membership program.
